The Commons: Best Multi-Family Condo Unit
The Commons, our condo community in Willoughby, Langley, was recognized as Best Multi-Family Condominium Unit. This award reflects the care and intention behind every home, from the functionality of the layouts to the quality of the finishes and the overall livability throughout each space. The Commons was designed to deliver attainable condos in Willoughby without compromise, with thoughtful planning focused on how people live day to day in the Fraser Valley. Latimer Walk: Best Townhouse / Rowhome Unit (less than 1,500 SF)
Latimer Walk, our townhome community located in Willoughby, Langley, was recognized as Best Townhouse/Townhome Unit under 1,500 square feet. At Zenterra, we believe great home design is defined by livability, not size. Every detail at Latimer Walk was considered carefully, from spatial flow to storage integration and natural light. The result is a collection of Langley townhomes that feel open, functional, and comfortable for everyday living. Latimer Walk stands as a strong example of thoughtful townhome design and is now sold out.
Eden: Best Marketing Campaign
Eden, our condo community located in Willoughby, Langley, received the award for Best Marketing Campaign. The lifestyle campaign focused on emotion and intention rather than a checklist of features, telling a story about growth, connection, and community in the Fraser Valley. It helped position Eden as a standout Langley condo development in a competitive market and reflects Zenterra’s approach to building meaningful narratives around every community we bring to life.
