The Commons, a condominium community in Willoughby, Langley, built by Zenterra Developments is officially sold out. Every home is now complete, and as of August 2026, all homeowners have moved in.
The Commons was comprised of two buildings, a 4-storey and 6-storey building, making up 199 homes ranging from inviting studios to expansive 3-bedroom homes. A key feature of the project was the 6,000 square foot rooftop patio complete with lush gardens, an outdoor BBQ area, lounge seating and a putting green.
For Zenterra, this milestone marks the close of a project that began years ago as a plan that has now become a thriving neighbourhood. Our team spent years planning, designing, building and bringing to life this vision which has evolved into the beginning of a new chapter for the homeowners who now call The Commons home.
