Today marks a milestone we have been working toward for a long time.

Zenterra Developments has officially broken ground at Clayton Crest, our master-planned community at 18088 72nd Avenue in West Clayton, Surrey. Construction is now underway on Atlin and Bute, the first two buildings in what will become a seven-building community offering 198 homes across studio to three-bedroom layouts. This moment would not have been possible without the incredible support of our purchasers, and we want to take a moment to acknowledge that.

Why We Believe in West Clayton

When we began acquiring this land over 15 years ago, we saw what West Clayton could become. That vision is now becoming a reality, and the momentum in this neighbourhood is something we are genuinely excited about.

For buyers searching for Surrey condos near the SkyTrain, West Clayton is one of the most compelling locations in the region right now. The planned Hillcrest 184th Street SkyTrain station, part of the Surrey-Langley SkyTrain extension, is expected to complete in early 2029, and Clayton Crest sits just three blocks away. We have also included an on-site daycare with priority access for residents, something we know matters deeply to young families in Surrey, where licensed childcare spaces remain in short supply.
