Construction at SOLANA has officially gone vertical. Structural work is actively underway, and the building is rising above grade, a significant step forward on the path to delivering new homes. Completion remains targeted for Spring 2027.
June 2026 Construction Highlights
Framing for both buildings A and B is now complete, and both tower cranes have been dismantled. On Building A, siding and brickwork are underway while drywall and interior rough-ins are in full swing. Building B has reached its own milestone: windows are installed, exterior work is beginning, and drywall is getting underway with momentum building quickly. In the parkade, rough-ins are ongoing and wall and column painting has begun. On the west road, exterior landscape walls are being formed and finished. Each of these milestones brings us one step closer to delivering these new homes in Willoughby.
