Zenterra Developments Named 2026 Multi-Family Home Builder of the Year at the Georgie Awards
Multi-Family Builder of the Year
Zenterra Developments is proud to announce we have been named 2026 Multi-Family Home Builder of the Year at the Georgie Awards, B.C.’s premier residential construction awards program. The award was presented at the annual Georgie Awards Gala on Saturday, May 23rd, in front of industry leaders from across the province.
The recognition holds particular significance this year. In April 2026, Zenterra was also named 2026 Multi-Family Home Builder of the Year at the HAVAN Awards, which celebrates excellence in homebuilding across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. To receive this distinction from two of the industry’s most respected programmes in the same year speaks directly to the quality of the homes we build in Surrey, Langley, and the broader Lower Mainland, the dedication of our team, and the strength of the brand we have built as a result of these continued efforts.
Best Sales Centre: Atlin at Clayton Crest
In addition to the top multi-family honour, Zenterra was awarded Best Sales Centre for Atlin at Clayton Crest, our presale condominium community in West Clayton, Surrey. Atlin is one of seven condo buildings rising within the Clayton Crest masterplan, alongside Bute at Clayton Crest, situated steps from the Fraser Highway corridor, future transit connections, and the shops and amenities of the Clayton neighbourhood. The Best Sales Centre award recognises the experience we have created for buyers exploring presale condos in Surrey, from the moment they walk through the door.
Building Across Surrey and Langley
These awards reflect the work happening across our active communities. At Clayton Crest in West Clayton, Surrey, Atlin and Bute represent Zenterra’s commitment to delivering well-designed, attainably priced condominiums in one of Surrey’s fastest-growing neighbourhoods and within walking distance to the future Skytrain at Hillcrest – 184th Street Station. In Willoughby, Langley, our Eden and Solana’s developments continue to bring thoughtfully built presale condos to one of the Lower Mainland’s most in-demand communities, ideally positioned near the future Haney Place BRT corridor and Langley’s expanding retail and transit infrastructure.
Across both municipalities, Zenterra has spent nearly 30 years delivering multi-family residential developments that prioritise quality construction, smart design, and long-term value for homebuyers in the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver.
About the Georgie Awards
Founded in 1992 by members of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of BC, the Georgie Awards were established to honour excellence in residential construction across British Columbia. Since 2001, the program has recognized CHBA BC members exclusively, celebrating the builders, developers, and design teams driving innovation and craftsmanship in communities throughout the province.
Today, the Georgie Awards recognise excellence across six categories: New Construction, Renovation, Interior and Exterior Design, Sales and Marketing, Special Achievements, and the Grand Georgie Awards. Categories continue to evolve alongside the housing market, with growing emphasis on energy efficiency reflecting the priorities of today’s buyers and builders alike.
For Zenterra, this acknowledgement is both a milestone and a motivator. We build in Surrey. We build in Langley. And we build to a standard that we believe these communities deserve. Better is our standard, and nights like this remind us why.
