We are proud to share that Zenterra Developments has earned a record 12 HAVAN Finalist Nominations, the most in our company’s history. The Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN) Awards are among the most respected honours in residential construction in British Columbia, recognizing excellence across townhome development, condo construction, community design, marketing, and environmental care.
What makes this milestone particularly meaningful goes beyond the number of nominations. Every community we submitted was recognized with at least one nomination. From our townhome communities in Langley to our condo developments in Surrey, West Clayton and Willoughby, the consistency of this recognition reflects the quality and dedication of every member of the Zenterra team.

What This Recognition Means
The HAVAN Awards evaluate builders on the things homebuyers actually notice and care about: the quality of the unit, the design of the community, the amenities, the environmental decisions made during construction, and the overall experience of buying and then moving in. Earning finalist recognition across all of those categories in a single year is something we do not take for granted.
The two Grand HAVAN nominations are the ones we are most proud of. The nomination for Best Residential Community at The Commons recognizes the project as a whole, from the architecture, the rooftop amenity space, the landscaping, and the way the community comes together for the people who live there. The nomination for Multi-Family Builder of the Year extends a streak that now spans 12 consecutive years, one of the longest in HAVAN’s history. These nominations mean the most to us because they reflect the full effort of every person on the Zenterra team, constantly striving for excellence in everything we do.
